Microgel is extremely user friendly eliminating operator errors.
No need for operator intervention. Microgel moves the gels from one station to another in full automation.
The system is designed utilizing a modular concept. All the different stations are integrated in one unit, yet all of are independent one from another.
Built-in densitometer. Microgel will automatically move the processed gels to the reading chamber for the scanning, and the data will be sent automatically to the PC.

The system has 4 gel holders and each can hold 1 or 2 gels. 1 to 26 samples can be tested on each gel.
The unique dual adjustable applicator is capable of simultaneously applying on both gels 1 or 2 rows of samples in a single step, assuring sample integrity and consistent application.
Once the samples application is completed, the applicator automatically washes its blades in the washing containers.

The 3 electrodes migration chamber permits identical and mirror-like patterns among the two rows (two rows applications method only).
The migration chamber is dry and preparation is extremely easy. For every gel, two or three sponges, already soaked with buffer, are inserted. The sponges are disposable always ensuring a perfect migration.
The Migration chamber module (patent pending) is equipped with a temperature control system (Peltier Effect) that keeps the gels at a constant temperature during the migration phase.
